How To Use
How to Make Dosa:
- Mix 1 cups of Idli/Dosa Instant Mix with 1.5 cups of water and rest it for 5-10 minutes
- Stir well, heat a non stick tawa, pour and spread the batter thinly and spread oil or ghee.
- Cook Until Golden brown serve hot.
How to Make Idly:
- Mix 1 cups of Idli/Dosa Instant Mix, with 3/4 cups of water and 1/4 cup of curd and rest it for 10-15 minutes
- Pour into greased idly moulds
- Steam until cooked and serve hot
