Return Policy:
Please note that once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns. We ensure that all products are thoroughly checked and verified for quality before being shipped to our customers.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are not issued once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and Delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 3 days for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Time:

Delays:
Golden Twigs is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

Missing or Lost Packages:
In the rare event that your package is missing or lost, please contact us at goldentwigssupport@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

Address Accuracy:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Golden Twigs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is refused or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
