How to Use
- Take a spoon of ulutham kanji mix in a bowl and add half a cup of water.
- Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Boil the mixture until it thickens & adjust the consistency with water.
- Switch off the flame & add sweetener of your choice (Palm jaggery/ cane sugar/ white sugar/honey) and it is ready to be served.
