How To Use
- Mix 2 cups of Palak Atta, 1/2 table spoon salt and water to form a smooth dough. Knead well and let it rest for 15-30 minutes
- Shape the dough into small even sized balls (About the size of a Golf ball)
- Roll each ball into a thin round disc using a rolling pin and some dry Palak atta flour to prevent sticking
- Heat a griddle or tava on medium – high, place the rolled out chapati on it and cook for 30 seconds, flip cook for another 30 seconds
- Fluffy & Healthy Chapati is ready
